    • Business registration takes less than a minute and generates a unique Practice ID.

    • Wealth Advisers register using their personal details and your Practice ID, linking them to your business.

    • Each Wealth Adviser has their own personal dashboard to manage and track all client Investor DNA® activity..

    • Advisers send clients a personalised invitation to complete the Investor DNA® Discovery Questionnaire from their dashboard.

    • The Wealth Adviser receives an email notification once the questionnaire has been completed and the client's profile is ready for viewing.

    • The platform includes two interactive dashboards - The Practice Dashboard and the Adviser Dashboard.

    • The inaugural business registration login details provides access to the Practice Dashboard

    • The Practice Dashboard provides a real-time overview of all Investor DNA® activity across the entire business, including adviser management (add/delete), 2FA security, client invitation status and profile display/storage.

    • The Adviser Dashboard provides a real time overview of all Investor DNA® adviser activity for their group of clients only. From here, an adviser can invite clients to complete the questionnaire, track progress, manage their personal security settings and view client profiles.

    • If the individual completing the inaugural business registration is a manager, owner, or administrator—and is also an adviser—they can seamlessly toggle between both dashboards.

    • Clients do not have a web portal. The only client output is the Investor DNA® Profile delivered via their Wealth Adviser.

    • The Investor DNA® profile can be customised, controlling its depth and complexity to match your value proposition and signature processes.

    • All profiles include the basic 'Investor Identity' sections - Investor Signature Chart, Construct Scores, Profile Synopsis, and Investor Portrait.

    • The remaining subject sections can be selected or deselected for a completely customised profile, controlled from the Practice dashboard. 

    • Customisations apply business-wide and are not available at the individual Adviser level. This ensures profile consistency.

    • The complete profile is the default setting, with each section serving a purpose—Where overlaps exist, they often validate any existing processes.

    • Clients do not receive the profile directly; it is delivered to the Wealth Adviser only.

    • The Wealth Adviser receives an email confirming that the client has completed the questionnaire and their profile is ready for viewing.

    • The Investor DNA® Profile is provided as a PDF accessible from the Adviser Dashboard.

    • The profile can be viewed online or printed as a hard copy for client meetings (recommended).

    • Wealth Advisers conduct a debriefing session to explore insights, implications and applications of the profile content. 

    • The profile elevates the client experience by making clients feel genuinely understood at their core - often at a level not previously experienced  —  creating instant rapport, a deeper intuitive connection and a strong foundation of trust with their adviser. 

    • The client gains a deeper understanding of their hidden motivations, behavioural patterns, and thinking traps that can influence their financial choices.

    • Through a carefully crafted questionnaire, the client receives a more accurate, personalised and nuanced profile that reflects their true identity.

    • The experience goes beyond traditional onboarding —providing a more human, insightful, and engaging way to understand their financial world.

    • This clarity leads to more meaningful conversations with their adviser, built on stronger alignment, trust, and a shared understanding of what truly matters.

    • Investor DNA® delivers a multi-dimensional, evidence-based risk assessment aligned with the Corporations Act 2001, ASIC expectations (RG 175, RG 244) and the FASEA Code of Ethics.

    • Supports a Wealth Adviser’s Best Interests Duty and Appropriate Advice obligations by measuring a client's risk appetite, tolerance, capacity, and required risk. It also measures a client's Sensitivity to Loss, the intervening variable that determines their behavioural threshold (the market tipping point where your client feels compelled to take action)

    • Enhances the Wealth Adviser’s ability to form a reasonable basis for advice by uncovering behavioural drivers.

    • Produces a clear, auditable record of the risk-profiling process, reducing remediation and compliance risk.

    • Improves client understanding and informed consent through personalised, behavioural explanations of risk.

      • Level 1 - Functional integration (Your system replicates what the i-DNA platform can do)

      • Level 2 - Workflow Automation (Investor DNA is embedded into your operational workflows)

      • Level 3 - Behavioural Data Integration (What intelligence flows from Investor DNA).

    • All integration work is delivered by INNSITE, a leader in API technology and our specialist technology partner.

    • Pricing and delivery timeline API functionality is based on project scope and is quoted separately.

    • Enables smooth embedding of Investor DNA® into your advice process with minimal disruption.

    • Under law, licensees must ensure Wealth Advisers are trained and competent in all tools used to formulate personal advice, including risk. (s912A(1)(f)).

    • As such, we provide a comprehensive orientation program that equips Wealth Advisers to use Investor DNA® effectively for maximum value.
