Our founder and CEO, David Peake, is an Organisational Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. He has presented widely on leadership, innovative strategy, behavioural finance, and psychometrics at industry and international forums, and facilitated the AFA’s initial strategy work that set the foundation for the merger between the AFA and FPA to create the FAAA.

Robust design and validation ensure assessments are reliable and accurate, a principle embedded in Investor DNA® since inception. We are accredited in leading tools, including HBDI, MBTI, TMI, Belbin, and DISC, applying them to drive self-awareness and behavioural change.

All of our I-Adapt consultants hold postgraduate qualifications in business or psychology. David Peake’s credentials include a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences (La Trobe University), post-graduate studies in Applied Psychology (Monash University), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship (Babson College, USA). He previously served as HR/HRD Manager for Hewlett-Packard Australia.
