David Peake, our CEO and founder of Investor DNA®, has presented extensively on Australian leadership, behavioural finance and psychometric profiling at industry and international conferences, dealer groups and individual wealth firms. David facilitated the initial strategy work with the AFA, which was pivotal for the merger between the AFA and the FPA to form the FAAA.

Without strong psychometric foundations, assessments risk delivering inaccurate or misleading outcomes. Robust psychometric design has been at the core of Investor DNA® from the very beginning. 

 

We are accredited and have extensive experience in a wide range of leading psychometric profiling tools, including the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Team Management Index (TMI), Belbin, and DISC - to drive self-awareness and behavioural change.

All of our consultants hold postgraduate qualifications in business or psychology. David Peake, founder and CEO of i-Adapt and Investor DNA, holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences from La Trobe University, postgraduate qualifications in Applied Psychology from Monash University, and a postgraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA. David is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and formerly the HR / HRD manager for Hewlett-Packard Australia Pty. Ltd.
