Our founder and CEO, David Peake, has over 20 years of experience as an organisational psychologist with postgraduate qualifications in applied psychology from Monash University. David has presented widely on Australian leadership, adaptive strategy, behavioural finance, and psychometrics at industry and international forums, and facilitated the AFA’s initial strategy work that laid the foundation for the merger between the AFA and the FPA, forming the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).

All of our consultants hold postgraduate qualifications in business and/or psychology. David Peake’s credentials include a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences (La Trobe University), post-graduate studies in Applied Psychology (Monash University), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship (Babson College, Massachusetts USA). David is a former HR/HRD Manager for Hewlett-Packard Australia.
